BRAWL LAB V3 - PERSONAL MAINNET ADAPTATION

New contracts on Robinhood mainnet, chain 4663. V2 contracts are immutable and are not upgraded. Existing V2 balances and permissions remain separate.

The user chose own funds and own agents. The uploaded community index is adapted to PersonalAgentIndex: only its immutable owner can deposit, redeem and rebalance; accounting units cannot be transferred; curator fee is permanently zero. It is not a pooled investment product.

HerdSwitch: user-selected guardians and quorum; token/global halts; maximum 24-hour duration; proposals expire after one hour; stale clears cannot erase a newer halt. Vault subscription is opt-in. Guardians cannot withdraw funds. Broken switches fail closed for new buys. Closing positions, withdrawals and in-kind recovery remain available.

Personal index: one V3 vault per agent; maximum ten active agents and 32 historical members. 24-hour activation delay, also after increases or growth changes. At most 25% of conservative NAV allocated per agent. Effective buy/day limits must fit 5%/15% of NAV and are checked on each buy, not only on rebalance. Each agent trade requires an exact owner authorization. Owner can pause, retire, revoke a pending trade, change limits, set growth and buffer, close a position or recover every underlying token without a market quote.

Open positions use max(cost,spot) for personal deposit accounting and min(cost,spot) for redemption/caps. These are manipulable spot quotes, not oracles or evidence of agent skill. No outside depositor can exploit share entry/exit because only the owner can deposit/redeem and units cannot be transferred. When the curve becomes unavailable, quote value can be zero; in-kind recovery remains independent of market quotes.

No autonomous AI service, production x402, stop-loss/take-profit or post-graduation swaps are included. Live trade execution remains wallet-approved. Original demo scripts are not run or published.

Build: Solidity 0.8.28, Paris, optimizer 200. OpenZeppelin alias @openzeppelin/contracts-v5 = @openzeppelin/contracts@5.0.2. Shared interface imports are in ../lab-source/interfaces/ on this website (../lab/interfaces/ in the source tree). PonsMarketAdapter and CallerBondPool are unchanged from mainnet V2.

Validation: six V3 integration tests on a local Robinhood mainnet fork cover guardian thresholds, expiry/stale clear, V3 runtime identity, fail-closed subscription, owner-only index deposits, nontransferable units, activation delays, allocations, exact agent trade authorizations, execution-time NAV caps and in-kind recovery. Test trades are not broadcast. Tests are not an independent security audit. Experimental and unaudited.
